As the comments on my last post showed, it's challenging to plan a huge wedding blowout (original budget 35K) in a melting economy. Maybe it's crazy. But it's too late now. The wedding is in early March. People have booked flights. Huge deposits have been paid. It's too late. But in light of the lay-offs, we made a lot of changes.
